Respected Donors,
Seasons Greetings...!
It is kindly informed that Customs Health Care Society is regularly sending relief goods to the Refugees camps of Rohingya Muslims in Bangladesh with the help of local organizations.
However, owing to the travel restricitions imposed by various countries whereby entry of foreigners were banned/ minimal, this project could not be pursued with the same pace as earlier. Despite these challenges, team of CHCS from Pakistan visited refugee camps (during last three months) in Bangladesh and distributed relief goods among the Rohingya Refugees in collaboration with local Bangladeshi NGOs. Among the relief goods distributed this time, there was dry ration (food packets), medicines, clothes and toys for children. Moreover, 10 more hand pumps were also installed for the refugees on various locations in refugee camps to ensure provision of safe drinking water to all the refugees.
