ACTIVITIES DURING THE 2ND QUARTER OF 2023

Renovation and upgrade of Science Laboratories

During the second Quarter of 2023, our organization is proud to report the following:

Renovation and upgrading of all the Science Laboratories ( Physics, Chemistry, Biology, General Science/Agriculture).
Conduction of a 2-day STEM Bootcamp in June 2023 with 35 Ibadan Grammar School boys and girls attending the program on the introduction to the concept of Design Thinking, Scratch and OctoStudio programming. Facilitators were drawn from surrounding Universities ( Lead University, Bowen University) with the founder of Tech Girls Club coordinating the event and six current Computer Science students from the University of Ibadan serving as mentors during the two-day event.
Continuation of our organization's financial support for supplementary Science and Liberal Arts teachers hired by our organization in pursuit of our "Excellence in Education" program.
Ongoing monitoring of the grades and performance of the students in the regional and national examinations working closely with the Principal and academic staff of the School.
