We are very grateful that thanks to your help and support we can teach children, give them new knowledge and, most importantly, conduct the educational process in safety and under the supervision of specialists! After a short summer vacation during which master classes, creative activities, excursions and outdoor events were held, we are starting an active educational program in the main subjects of elementary school! Recruitment of new groups of children and the introduction of new elective classes! Such as a biology club
(practical classes in botany - children independently germinate seeds of various crops and observe the plant development cycle live, study the cellular structure of plants under a microscope. Such activities are very helpful in educating children about ecology, they form a positive attitude of the child towards the environment – land, water, flora, fauna. They teach children to love and protect nature, to use natural resources carefully.), Astronomy for children (the classes study the solar system, planets and a master class is held with the manufacture of models of the planets of the solar system from plasticine) we also supplemented the classroom with interactive stands with QR codes, when scanned, you can get additional information (photos, videos) about the planets! We also pay great attention to conducting classes aimed at psychosocial support of children, group classes with a psychologist and individual consultations!
Due to the fact that IDP families with children are constantly arriving in Odessa, there is a very high need for educational services and the possibility of day care for children (parents at this time can take care of paperwork, find a job or attend courses to learn a new profession. This is especially important for single mothers who have no one to leave their child with)
In the new school year, we expect a large influx of new children who will need such services. But thanks to your help and support, we are confident that we will cope with new challenges and provide assistance to everyone who needs it!
