As management we have reviewed all our projects running on GlobalGiving and we decided that it would be better to downsize to two projects. All activities of Abraham's Oasis center around mainly women and children and for this reason we have chosen to make one project for Women in Crisis and one project for Children in Crisis. The activities remain the same, we will continue to assist both at community level as well as providing services through our safe houses for the most severely affected women. We continue to do prevention, awareness raising, counseling, work with marginalized communities like the Kunama's, strengthening community based structures and provide economic empowerment. Your donations will continue to asssist the many needy people and rebuild/strengthen communities around us.
If you are a recurrent donor, you don't have to take any action, your contribution will automatically be re-directed to the women in crisis project.
We thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this matter and we continue to be very grateful for your faithful support for the many needy women and communities.
