EXECUTIVE SUMMARY The global illiteracy reports demonstrate that disadvantages in girl child education is not limited to one culture, society or region. Majority of the orphans and vulnerable children globally live in extreme poverty and are often estranged by society. They have to struggle for access to quality education on the other hand and their rights as OVC's on the other hand. Children in Ndola face similar problems as boys in the society tend to control them through the use of biasness.

SOLUTION FHTMCGF will be the solution for over 172, 680 learners (87,388) girls and (85,292 boys) in 935 demonstration community schools across 116 districts in all ten (10) provinces of Zambia, premised on the principle that every child has a right to education.
