Since the two largest earthquakes hit Turkey and Syria in beginning of February, the area has only seen more destruction and aftershocks. Last week, two more earthquakes stuck. 50,000 deaths have been confirmed in the region, with thousands more still missing.
Now, more than ever, containers of humanitarian and medical supplies are needed. We're working to send containers to areas in need, prioritizing Syria as a result of the earthquakes. This past weekend, NuDay loaded a container for Syria with humanitarian goods that are highly needed: bedding, new winter coats, hygiene items, and even toys. While toys may seem out of place, for kids who have just experienced trauma, toys can be incredibly healing and necessary.
We have more container shipments planned and need your support. Together, we can make a difference. One Person at a Time, One Humanity Closer.
