Empowering towards a beautiful future

By Julia Matthew | Managing Director

Dear Friend,

Greetings from El Shaddai and we bring to you our report on “After care support” for the El Shaddai children. We aim at creating a community of support for our children who are embarking on a new adventure of their own. We firmly believe that “a child of El Shaddai will always remain a child of El Shaddai” no matter where they go or what they chose to do. It is only by love, guidance, and support that we can change everything.

The children who finish their grade 10th either join higher secondary schools, colleges, internships, or as trainees in various firms. All these children live in the cottages build especially for our After Care Children to reside.

We have a beautiful story of a girl called Pooja (name changed). She was found begging on the streets with her brother. They had not eaten food for days and lived with a distant relative in a slum. They were approached by our team of outreach workers who guided them to one of our homes. There they immediately received warm nutritious food, clean clothes, a bed of their own to sleep in and lots of love and care.

With the love and support that they received, both the siblings decided to pursue their dream of working in the Hotel sector. They are presently doing extremely well and are truly thankful to El Shaddai for providing them with wings to fly.

We wish these children and all the others a brilliant and wonderful future as they are stepping into new chapters of their lives. With the help of this project, we will be able to reach out to more and more children and provide a holistic approach that addresses emotional, educational, and practical needs.

We have been able to achieve all this only with your continuous help and support.  We express our gratitude for the love and support you have been providing us always. We hope to continue this partnership and work together to make an even greater impact in the future.

Thank you once again for your invaluable support.

Sincerely

El Shaddai family
