Greetings from BASS, India
Thank you so much for your timely donation to our recent emergency floods relief project.
As you know, during November and December 2021, unexpected heavy rains and floods severely affected Tirupati and Nellore districts and other parts in Andhra Pradesh .
Our organisation is always ready to work for the emergency relief for either man made or natural calamities in India along with the local government. As such our emergency relief team along with our local volunteers attended flood impacted families in Tirupati and Renigunta flood affected villages.
We secured very limited donations of US1433 only to this project. With this small support we have distributed urgent emergency essential food ration kits and hygiene items to 150 flood affected families in two villages near Renigunta, Andhra Pradesh.
The emergency situation was finished but many families lost their household items and damaged their living huts. No one came forward to help them.
I humbly request you to kindly support again to this project to support more flood impacted families in this area.
