Cyclone and Floods Relief in Andhra Pradesh, India

Thank you so much for your donations to support the emergency floods relief project.

We successfully distributed essential food ration kit supplies to the 150 flood affected families in Renigunta, Tirupati of Andhra Pradesh during February 2022.

Currently the state of Andhra Pradesh is severely affected with floods, over 20 Lakh people affected with the Godavari flow breaches 25 lakh cusecs, mark after 16 years. As a result, as many as 628 villages, particularly the island villages called lankas; under 62 revenue mandals in these districts were now hit by the massive deluge. And the same  continued rains and floods are  going on   through our Andhra Pradesh and Telangana as well as many other states in India. 

Our emergency volunteer team is always ready to work for the disaster affected areas along with the local government to provide relief efforts.

Unfortunately we have received only US45 donations during this quarter for this project.

The continued flood emergency situation is going on throughout Andhra Pradesh. Thousands of people lost their huts, household items, livestock and food and are currently at risk of starvation.

Urgently we need to support at least a few floods affected families in Andhra Pradesh, India.

We humbly request you to kindly support this project to provide urgent essential food and household supplies to flood affected families especially in West Godavari district, Andhra Pradesh.
