No Somos Invisibles: Fighting for Rights, Building Futures.

For nineteen years, a domestic worker toiled without the security of a CTS, a stark reality for thousands in Peru. This isn't just a statistic; it's a life lived in vulnerability, a future without the financial safety net guaranteed by law. The numbers are chilling: only 10% of domestic workers have a written contract, and 95% did not receive compensation for their time of service in May. This is the world that thousands of women navigate, working in vulnerable conditions without social security or protection against labor abuse.

But in the face of informality and injustice, a powerful voice rises: No Somos Invisibles.

Every Monday at 9:30 PM on Facebook Live, this vital program breaks through the silence, reaching 3.5 thousand followers with crucial information about Law 31047, the Domestic Workers' Law. From legal experts dissecting complex regulations to psychologists offering support, No Somos Invisibles empowers, educates, and advocates.

They are more than a radio show; they are a beacon of hope, transforming lives one informed domestic worker at a time. Because when their rights are known, their voices heard, and their power realized, domestic workers are no longer invisible. They are a force for change, building a future where every woman's labor is valued, protected, and dignified.

Join the movement. Follow No Somos Invisibles. Together, we can ensure every domestic worker has the security and respect they deserve.
