First Junior High School batch!

By Andrew Adjei | Chief Development Officer

The FFI model, or "farm-for-impact" model, continues to demonstrate its unique approach to addressing the challenges faced by cocoa farming communities in Ghana. Through this model, 330 girls have gained access to tuition-free early childhood education and healthcare. Community members actively contribute by providing labor on community-run cocoa farms and receiving training from our dedicated agric officers. The revenue generated from the sale of farm proceeds is strategically utilized to eliminate non-tuition expenses such as books, uniforms, daily meals, and transportation costs.

The success of the C360 Education Access Initiative serves as a beacon of hope for rural cocoa communities, where poverty and deprivation have historically hindered access to education for many children. We firmly believe that every child deserves the opportunity to learn and achieve their full potential, regardless of their background or circumstances. With your invaluable support, we have been able to make significant transformations in the lives of these 300 young girls by providing them with quality free education.

We are thrilled to announce the transition of our first batch of students who began their educational journey from the nursery class and have successfully progressed to the Junior High School (JHS) level at the Tarkwa Breman Girls' School (TBGS), and we have effectively enrolled an additional 30 girls. This achievement marks a crucial step forward in our commitment to providing quality education to the young girls in cocoa farming communities.

Your continued contributions play a pivotal role in supporting projects with our partners and making a genuine difference in the education, safety, and well-being of our students.

Together, we are making strides toward a brighter future for these deserving young minds.

Thanks for believing in us!
