Educate 500 Orphans in Syria

In our continuous pursuit to achieve educational excellence that elevates intellectual and social development, the Masarat School Education Team has initiated a series of specialized trainings. These sessions are designed to empower teachers to achieve educational creativity and academic excellence, under the supervision of a team of seasoned educational experts and consultants.

The first three sessions, titled 'Curriculum and Planning,' were the cornerstone of this endeavor. Here, teachers explored vital aspects that bridge theory and application through:

• Curriculum Fundamentals and Components: This unit addressed key questions in the educational process such as why we teach, how we teach, and what we teach, in addition to assessing outcomes.

• Annual Academic Plan: Teachers were equipped with tools to develop study plans that meet academic needs throughout the year.

• Lesson Preparation: From defining educational objectives and classifying them, to organizing the introduction, content, and conclusion.

The result? At the end of these training sessions, each teacher in our team was able to efficiently plan their educational year, with clearly defined and smart daily objectives. Each plan outlines a path to a thriving academic future that serves as a model.

Do you believe that a single idea can have the power to change the world? In our opening session of the "From Idea to Execution" program, our students witnessed the power of this truth themselves!

Under the theme "Entrepreneurship and Its Importance," this session was a true turning point that revealed the vast potentials available to those who understand the significance of powerful ideas and continuous effort.

The session not only provided students with the basic principles of entrepreneurship but also deepened their understanding of the role of small enterprises and the characteristics of a successful entrepreneur.

Students also had the opportunity to learn through practical experiences by being divided into small groups, where each group represented a working cell embodying the essential qualities of entrepreneurship in realistic scenarios. Each group performed a role-play that reflected the application of a particular trait in facing the daily challenges of an entrepreneur.

This rich simulation was an opportunity for each student to showcase their creativity and understanding of the challenges an entrepreneur might face. The effective discussions that followed each presentation enriched the session and broadened perspectives on the importance of innovation and initiative in the business world.
