This is how they learned to manage their stress!

By Abdulrazak Madi | Project Leader

When our students sat down for the interactive session titled " Take Control of Your Stress," their hearts were full of anxiety, but thanks to your generosity, they were able to attend, and walked away with confident smiles and a deep sense of reassurance, the session was like a comforting hand on their shoulder in a moment of vulnerability, a message of support that told them: "You are not alone."

The session provided holistic psychological support during one of the most sensitive periods in the academic year, exam time, the specialist guiding the students skillfully blended scientific explanation with hands-on exercises that helped them understand the nature of stress, how to manage it, and how to organize their daily routine to improve focus, sleep, and overall academic performance. Nearly 90 students attended the session.

Thanks to your continued support, Masarat offers more than just education, it walks with each student on a journey of holistic development that includes academics, life skills, and emotional care, that’s why you are an essential part of this journey… true partners in every step of success.
