(M.N) has chosen you as her new family, the family of hope and support in the midst of refugee camps and their challenges. Therefore, we would like to highlight how your contributions have paved the way for her towards hope and stability.
A young woman devastated by the loss of her parents was thrown into the depths of life in a refugee camp, finding herself later submerged in a world of various disturbances that had a severe impact on her daily life, leading to moderate depression.
However, cognitive-behavioral therapy with our team of specialists served as the first line of defense to restore her psychological stability. Her therapeutic journey included identifying negative thoughts and restructuring beliefs, exposure and response prevention, relaxation techniques, problem-solving, behavioral activation, and training in psychological resilience.
Each therapeutic session, made possible by your continuous generosity and support, provided (M.N) with a solid foundation to start a new life filled with psychological safety and stability. Today, she expresses her deep gratitude and appreciation for your support, compassion, and belief in the possibility of a better future for her.
