232 Educational Sessions in One Week
By Abdulrazak Madi | Project Leader

We firmly believe that every minute of learning is a building block in a student's future. During the first week of March, our academic staff delivered 232 educational sessions, strategically distributed across the primary certificate levels:
-
75 sessions for 9th-grade students (Basic Education).
-
88 sessions for 12th-grade Scientific Stream.
-
69 sessions for 12th-grade Literary Stream.
Behind these numbers lie hundreds of hours of preparation, instruction, and meticulous follow-up. This massive effort is driven by one singular, noble goal: the best interests and the future of our orphaned and displaced students. We recognize that time is of the essence as exams approach; therefore, we are racing against the clock to ensure knowledge reaches every student in their tent or modest home, transforming the obstacles of displacement into milestones of progress and success.
Our Valued Partners on GlobalGiving, These 232 sessions represent your "investment" that never goes to waste. Thanks to your generosity, we have been able to secure the teaching staff and the digital infrastructure required to maintain this educational momentum without interruption.
You are the primary engine behind this educational wheel, turning tirelessly to lift hundreds of students from the darkness of ignorance toward the light of knowledge.

From Aspirations to Achievement

As part of our continuous commitment to empowering students with the tools necessary for excellence, the Academic Guidance Track at "Masarat" hosted a specialized training session titled: "SMART Academic Goal Setting: From Desire to Actionable Goals."
This interactive workshop focused on transitioning students from the stage of "general ambitions"—such as the mere desire to succeed—to the stage of "precise planning." During the session, we discussed how students can formulate academic goals that are:
-
Clear and Realistic: Aligned with their current capabilities and surrounding circumstances.
-
Applicable: Broken down into small, manageable steps that can be easily implemented daily.
-
Psychologically Conscious: Designed to motivate rather than lead to burnout, encouraging long-term persistence.
Our students emerged from this session with skills that enable them to:
-
Build a Clear Academic Path: Reducing mental distraction and preventing the loss of effort on unproductive tasks.
-
Enhance the Sense of Control: When goals become clear and compartmentalized, the anxiety of the unknown fades, replaced by sharp focus.
-
Boost Self-Confidence: Seeing tangible achievements—no matter how small—serves as the true fuel for successfully completing their educational journey.
Our Valued Donors on GlobalGiving, through your support, we are building the "organized mindset" that orphans and displaced youth need to overcome the obstacles of their reality. You are granting them the ability to manage their futures with intelligence and steadfastness. Thank you for being the pillar of support they lean on as they rebuild their lives.

Beyond Literacy, Crafting the Smile of Pride
By Abdulrazak Madi | Project Leader

At Masarat, our success isn't just measured by completed lessons; it’s measured by the depth of the smiles we see on our orphaned students’ faces. These aren't just casual smiles, they are smiles of pure pride. They come from a child who has finally realized they are not just a statistic of displacement, but a student of knowledge and a future leader.
Our students smile because they have discovered the "dignity of achievement." When they master a new skill or solve a complex problem, their self-perception changes. They feel powerful, capable, and proud to be on the path of education. This smile is their ultimate victory over despair.
You are the artists behind these smiles. Your generosity transforms feelings of loss into feelings of self-worth. Thank you for investing in their dignity and for proving that they are never alone on their journey toward success.
