Student Activities A Community That Embraces Us
By Abdulrazak Madi | Project Leader

During her interview, Malak said " In the Student Activities Track, every girl helps her peer, and this has helped us build a community that embraces us."
These simple words capture the essence of what we strive to instill at Masarat, the Student Activities Track is not merely a space for practicing activities or developing skills, it has become a supportive youth environment, where students feel part of a cooperative community that encourages one another and provides the reassurance that no one is alone on their journey.
Stories like Malak’s remind us that education goes beyond books and exams, It extends to human connections, team spirit, and mutual support that leave a lasting impact on each student’s character.

Between the Community and Masarat
By Abdulrazak Madi | Project Leader

Our relationship with the community we serve is a beautiful and reciprocal one, the community is the environment that embraces our students and shapes both their present and their future. This is why it is so important for us to be true partners, giving as much as we receive, raising awareness, supporting stability, and fostering a spirit of cooperation.
- The Benefits of Our Strong Relationship with the Community
-
Parents and students feel that we stand with them, which strengthens their trust in Masarat as a reliable educational platform.
-
Acting with a sense of social responsibility reinforces Masarat’s reputation as a credible educational and humanitarian institution.
-
When team members see the impact of their work reflected in the lives of the community, their efforts become a source of pride and motivation.
-
Through initiatives such as academic guidance, student activities, and psychosocial support, we create a learning environment where students and their families feel that education is not a burden but a window of hope.
This mutual relationship between Masarat and the community is what ensures sustainability, because it is never one-sided, we plant the seeds of cooperation, and in return, education flourishes, and the entire community thrives.

Small-Group Learning
By Abdulrazak Madi | Project Leader
![]()
Learning extends beyond books to include the environment in which students learn and the way they interact with others. That’s where the importance of small-group learning lies, as it emphasizes peer collaboration and the exchange of educational experiences in a more intimate setting.
In the Academic Advising Pathway, we continuously adopt this approach because it helps students to:
-
Develop communication and teamwork skills.
-
Gain the ability to solve problems through discussion and the exchange of perspectives.
-
Receive timely and relevant feedback from peers and mentors.
-
Feel like part of a smaller, closer, and more supportive learning community.
These small groups are not only a tool for learning, but also a space where students discover their personalities, develop social skills, and find the confidence to share their ideas. With every discussion within the group, a seed of awareness and personal growth is planted, one that will accompany the student throughout their educational and professional journey.
