Imagine that one word or a simple message could be all a student needs to feel that they’re not alone in their journey to success !Have you ever considered how a small gesture of care can change someone’s life?

When I had to take a few days off due to some circumstances, the supervisors reached out to me, saying, ‘You haven’t been keeping up for a few days. How are you doing?’ Honestly, that’s what drew me closer to Masarat!” These are the words of Mahmoud, a student whose life was changed, expressing his gratitude.

Mahmoud, who graduated high school with distinction, is now a student in the English department at university. His story is not an exception; it’s one of thousands of stories that demonstrate how your support and attention play a pivotal role in achieving these successes.

Since more than 17,750 students joined the Masarat family this year, our team has been working tirelessly to ensure that each student receives the necessary support and care. The Student Affairs team closely monitors every academic step, not just to ensure academic progress but also to help every student reach their full potential. To them, students are not just numbers; they are dreams, ambitions, and a promising future.

This year, the team focused especially on integrating students into the Teams application, not only to ensure their adherence to class schedules but also to ensure they take full advantage of every learning and development opportunity. They track attendance and absences, but more importantly, they follow up on students’ successes and challenges, intervening at the right moment to offer the necessary support. This holistic approach ensures that no student is left behind and that they find the support they need at every step of their journey to success.

Because we believe that success requires continuous listening and improvement, our team will soon launch a comprehensive survey to assess the technical and educational issues students face. This survey will be an important tool to help us deliver better education and solve obstacles that may hinder their progress.

But let’s be honest, none of this would have been possible without your support. Your support is not just a donation; it is an investment in a new generation of young people striving to achieve their dreams.

Take a moment to reflect on every success story, every smile that lights up a student’s face when they achieve their goal, and know that you are the ones behind these moments. You are helping to change lives, writing a new success story with every bit of support you provide.

We are here because you are here, because you believe that education can change lives.
