From Panic to Healing!

By Abdulrazak Madi | Project Leader

Imagine your heart racing, your hands trembling... fear overwhelming all your senses! This was the daily reality for our student (A.M). But today, something is different... hope has begun to return to her life!

Since losing her father, panic attacks have robbed her of her breath, turning her beautiful moments into nightmares, isolating her from the world, and trapping her in constant fear.

Thanks to you, we did not leave (A.M) alone. We started the healing journey with her. She received the therapy she desperately needed. Through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and exposure therapy provided by our psychological experts, (A.M) began to see a glimmer of light.

So far, she has completed six sessions... and in each session, (A.M) has learned how to face her fears and how to cope with pain instead of fleeing from it. Step by step, she has regained her inner calm and started to take control of her life.

Although the sessions are still ongoing, the progress she has made so far is thanks to your belief that everyone deserves a chance to heal.

Thank you... for being the hope in her darkest moments.
