Celebrating Our Students' Journey to Wellbeing

By Abdulrazak Madi | Project Leader

We're thrilled to report significant progress in our mental support campaign, thanks to your generous donations. Two students facing academic struggles and mild depression have shown remarkable improvement. Tailored strategies, were pivotal, including:

Time Management and Motivation: Guiding students in organizing their schedules and inspiring a drive towards academic excellence.

Strengths and Weaknesses Analysis: Helping students recognize their capabilities and areas for growth, fostering self-awareness and confidence.

Mindfulness Training: Introducing techniques to enhance present-moment awareness and reduce stress.

Problem-Solving Skills: Equipping students with strategies to tackle academic and personal challenges effectively.

Social Skills Development: Providing guidance on resolving familial conflicts and enhancing communication abilities.

Cognitive Restructuring: Teaching students to identify and counteract negative thought patterns, promoting a positive mindset.

Your support makes these transformative journeys possible. Together, we're not just changing lives; we're shaping a resilient, thriving community. Thank you for being an integral part of this mission.
