Lamees' Smile Defies the Odds

By Abdulrazak Madi | Project Leader

Lamees' Journey Starts Now
Lamees' Journey Starts Now

With that gentle smile, 14-year-old orphan Lamees greeted us. Can you see the hope in her eyes, shining through amidst the worn fabric of the tents around her?

It's all thanks to your kindness, so we express our deepest gratitude to you.

Lamees lost her father, endured the hardships of war, deprivation, and the longing for a father's care. As a result, her education was interrupted for many years. Poverty, displacement, and hardships were not barriers to her return to school, thanks to your donations which provided her sponsorship for a year.

Today, Lamees continues her education, catching up on the lessons she missed. She participates in activity sessions and counseling through Masarat Initiative, without any financial burden or physical strain, as we've reached her in her modest tent.

Thank you for your support, for what you do to transform the lives of those who need your generosity and compassion the most.
