Exploring Our Students' Artistic Tastes

By Abdulrazak Madi | Project Leader

In our latest session of the "Film Criticism" series, we witnessed pivotal moments in developing our students' critical skills and enriching their artistic taste. All of this was made possible thanks to your ongoing support, which played a crucial role in broadening our students' horizons and motivating them to explore the depth of artistic messages.

During the session, we delved into the world of cinema at large and discussed how film criticism can highlight aspects that might remain hidden to the average viewer. We talked about how movies can convey powerful messages through the stories they tell and the images they present.

You can check some highlights from the session here

The goal of these sessions was clear: to enable our students to identify and appreciate the artistic value and deep ideas hidden behind cinematic works. By learning how to extract these ideas, our students have become more conscious and appreciative consumers of art.

We would like to thank you once again for your support, which enables our students to develop their critical taste and become experts in understanding and evaluating artistic works. Perhaps one day, they will be able to convey their own stories and experiences through their works, with your continued support as an integral part of this educational journey. We are excited about what the future holds and look forward to your continued support in our quest to expand our students' minds.
