Empowering Teachers: Your Impact Begins Now!

By Abdulrazak Madi | Project Leader

Do you remember that teacher who changed the course of your life? The one who inspired you, taught you, and opened new horizons, instilling in you a love for learning and for life? Now, imagine that you are the reason such teachers exist, carrying this noble message!

As part of the Teacher Training Program, meticulously supervised by educational experts in the School Education Path, our teachers have been equipped with the skills to transform classrooms into vibrant, creative environments.

Our teachers have learned modern teaching strategies, from active learning that encourages active participation to cooperative learning that fosters teamwork and collaboration. They have also mastered creative thinking as a means to inspire students to think outside the box, and role-playing that gives every student the chance to experience education in a realistic way.

But it doesn’t stop there. They also explored various assessment types, from formative to summative, and how to use assessment tools in a way that ensures a comprehensive and accurate evaluation of student progress. The focus was on preparing achievement tests that truly reflect students' levels, and procedural files that help teachers track their students' growth and development comprehensively.

Now, let us reflect together on the profound impact of these sessions on teachers, their significant influence on their students, and the entire community. How would you feel knowing that the good you started today is transforming into a lasting legacy of blessing and growth, spreading across generations?

With you, we change lives, build generations, and shape a better future for everyone. We will soon update you on the fruits of these sessions and their impact on our students.
