Self-Discovery and Future Building!

By Abdulrazak Madi | Project Leader

Have you ever thought about that moment when a young man or woman first discovers their true passion? That moment when their eyes light up, and vague dreams transform into tangible goals? Now, imagine being part of that pivotal moment in someone's life.

As part of our efforts to create a meaningful impact on the lives of young people, the "Academic Guidance Track" team organized its second session titled "How to Identify My Personal and Career Inclinations." This was not just a typical meeting; it was a unique space to broaden horizons and inspire minds.

Participants in this session didn’t just sit and listen; they embarked on a journey of self-exploration, delving deeply into understanding themselves. Through well-designed activities and guided questions, each participant had the opportunity to ask a fundamental question: "What do I truly want to become?"

These sessions aim to prepare students for the "Stations in Scientific Experience" program, which offers them an opportunity to explore their academic and career options through practical experience. This step brings clarity and realism to their choices as students get hands-on exposure to their future fields of study.

Participants discussed their ideas, shared experiences, and listened to others’ perspectives. The discussions weren’t random but were structured to encourage independent thinking, analyze available options, and make informed decisions based on a clear vision.

When a young person speaks about their dream in front of a group of peers and receives their support and fresh ideas, the dream comes closer to becoming a reality.

The goal was not just to identify inclinations but to support participants in building a comprehensive vision for their academic specializations and helping them connect them to their big dreams. The session served as a window to explore a new world full of opportunities, focusing on turning these dreams into actionable plans.

Sessions like these contribute to building generations capable of making conscious decisions, free from randomness, and grounded in clear self-awareness. Participants leave the session equipped with a roadmap to confidently choose their specializations and with the intellectual skills to excel in the fields they aspire to.

Every session, every smile of hope, and every dream that comes true is thanks to you. With your support, you make a real difference in the lives of these young people, helping them build their bright future.

Thank you from the heart.
