Your Impact Lasts and Expands!

By Abdulrazak Madi | Project Leader

Imagine a student discovering themselves, building confidence, and learning how to face challenges with awareness and strength—all thanks to your contribution!

In the Student Activities and Academic Guidance track, we believe that mental well-being is the key to both academic and personal success. That’s why we are committed to providing our students with practical exercises that help them relieve stress and manage their emotions with awareness.

How do we help our students release emotions and enhance their mental well-being?

  • Daily Writing: Dedicate 10-15 minutes each day to writing down your thoughts and emotions freely. This helps you understand and organize your feelings.
  • Deep Breathing Exercises: Sit in a quiet place, take a deep breath through your nose, hold it for a few seconds, then release it slowly through your mouth. Repeat for five minutes to calm your nervous system and reduce stress.
  • Physical Activity: Engage in walking, running, or strength training for 30 minutes daily. This releases endorphins, which improve your mood and reduce stress.
  • Artistic Expression: Use drawing, coloring, or any form of art to visually express your emotions. This provides an effective way to release negative feelings and calm the mind.

With your presence and support, you are making a real difference in students' lives. You are equipping them with the tools to be stronger, more capable, and mentally balanced.

Thank you for being part of this journey and for believing in their ability to grow and thrive!
