We believe that shaping a child's character is just as important as academic learning, especially for orphaned children who have faced trauma and instability, that’s why we integrate “discipline” as a core value in our educational and psychosocial programs.
Discipline here is not about blind obedience, but about nurturing self-respect, responsible decision-making, and personal accountability, even in the absence of supervision. Our approach includes:
- Preventive Discipline: Through engaging activities that keep students focused and motivated.
- Supportive Discipline: Through one-on-one sessions that help students regain focus when they feel overwhelmed or distracted.
- Corrective Discipline: Through restorative conversations that guide students to acknowledge and correct their mistakes while preserving their self-worth.
This holistic approach is showing clear results: our orphaned students are demonstrating improved classroom behavior, stronger academic performance, and higher self-regulation.
Thank you for supporting this critical aspect of our work, your contributions are not just educating minds, but also healing hearts and rebuilding lives with resilience and purpose.
