With your support, they are stronger!

By Abdulrazak Madi | Project Leader

These days, our students are sitting for their final exams, and many of them are experiencing high levels of anxiety, feelings that are perfectly normal during such a critical time of the academic year.

But at Masarat, we believe that emotional empowerment is an essential part of academic success, especially for children who have no family member to comfort or guide them.

That’s why we help our students cope with exam stress using simple, science-based techniques such as:

- Understanding the source of stress: Is it fear of failure? Pressure from others? Or a lack of preparation? Just identifying the cause eases half the burden.

- Deep breathing exercises: Like the 4-7-8 technique, which helps regulate the nervous system.

- Time and study management: Creating practical plans that bring structure and reduce feelings of chaos.

- Positive self-talk: Teaching students to replace “I’m going to forget everything” with “I’m reviewing well and moving forward with confidence.”

Thanks to you, we’ve been able to provide these safe and supportive spaces, so essential for children who have no one at home to lean on during stressful moments, but who have compassionate supporters like you standing beside them.

Stay close… many more students are still waiting for a reassuring hand and the light of your generosity to guide their way.
