The leadership of our initiative has directed all departments and
working teams to assess their training needs, seeking programs
that would enhance performance and raise the quality of our services
in every detail that makes a difference in the lives of our students,
especially those who have lost their families and rely on us entirely.
We don’t pursue development just for the sake of learning
we do it for the student who needs to feel safe with us,
for the hope that education becomes a joyful, holistic, and
empowering experience.
From our admissions team, to teachers, to the psychosocial
support and counseling teams, to the tech unit, we are rethinking
our tools, refining our processes, and committing to excellence,
because we believe: " Every skill we improve may create a
life-changing opportunity for a young student seeking a future."
