Planting Joy.. to Nurture Belonging

By Abdulrazak Madi | Project Leader

At Masarat, we don’t just follow global studies for numbers, we use
them to build learning environments where our students, especially
orphans, feel they truly belong.

Just as research shows that employees who feel a strong sense of
belonging achieve more and stay longer, we believe students also
blossom when the school feels like home, the teachers like family,
and education like a safe space.

Joy is not a luxury in education, it’s fuel. It builds resilient identities
and sparks curiosity and excellence, that’s why we strive at Masarat to:

- Create encouraging, appreciative classrooms,
- Provide interactive content that fuels curiosity,
- Integrate activities that nurture each child’s sense
  of self-worth and self-expression.

Our goal is for every student to feel that they belong here,
because when a child feels connected, they flourish, find
stability, and lead their own future with confidence.

Thank you to everyone helping us build this sense of belonging,
you’re not just supporting education, you’re building a second
home for a child who needs safety.
