Many orphans enter the job market carrying the burden of fear and lack of confidence in professional interviews, which prevents them from securing suitable jobs. This negative self-perception limits their opportunities and keeps them in low-income roles.
In the Vocational Training Track, we focus on breaking this barrier. We were incredibly proud of our trainee, Fatimah, who told us: "The public speaking training changed my perspective on dealing with others and the jobs I apply for." This quote embodies our goal: giving them the necessary tool to represent themselves.
The impact is sustainable economic empowerment: thanks to skills like public speaking, they gain the confidence that transforms them into strong, competitive candidates. Thank you, for you invest in their soft skills, ensuring they become the winners of deserving job opportunities.
