After the initial enthusiasm for studying, many of our students face a barrier of academic despair and frustration, or technical or psychological difficulties that lead to silent dropout without informing anyone, especially orphaned students. This sudden halt threatens to waste all the effort we have collectively invested.
The solution at Masarat is the proactive academic retention system. Supervisors and the communications team follow up with all students to monitor any early signs of decline or frustration, and provide immediate, personalized support. We ensure that the student feels seen, accountable, and responsible for their educational journey.
Through this system, we strive to significantly reduce dropout rates and ensure that students successfully complete their educational journey. Thank you, for you fund the safety net that prevents our students from falling into the trap of frustration.
