A Journey to Discover "Hidden Spaces"

By Abdulrazak Madi | Project Leader

As part of the vocational training track within the "Forsati" (My Opportunity) program, our trainees attended a session that transcended the limits of numbers and calculations to dive deep into "Building the Entrepreneurial Personality." This was based on our core belief that the success of any project begins with the self-awareness of its owner.

Session Key Pillars: Simplified Overview

  • Self-Awareness & Career Pathing: Utilizing self-knowledge of strengths and weaknesses as a foundational base for building successful future projects.

  • Exploring Latent Skills: Practical exercises to extract personal talents and transform them into competitive advantages in the labor market.

  • The Johari Window: A psychological tool to analyze personality through two lenses: "How we see ourselves" vs. "How others see us," to enhance self-development and communication.

  • Breaking Mental Barriers: Overcoming limiting beliefs—through the "Fisherman and the Frying Pan" story—to expand ambitions to match one's true potential.

  • The Achievement Triangle: Exploring the synergy between self-confidence, creativity, and continuous learning as the primary engine for an entrepreneur.

  • The River of Life Exercise: Analyzing past experiences (successes and failures) to extract practical lessons that map out a professional future.

Your support for Masarat is what makes these profound transformations possible. We don't just teach our students how to manage projects; we teach them how to "lead themselves" first.
