In displacement camps, orphaned children face more than the loss of a father; they face "Guidance Orphanhood." At a time when they desperately need a mentor to light their path, they find themselves alone against a forest of challenges that threaten their very childhood.
The Challenge: Childhood Without a Compass The risk of lost childhood isn't just about cold or hunger; it’s about the absence of the "Mentor" who acted as a safety valve. This loss creates:
Value & Knowledge Void: Without guidance, children become vulnerable to school dropout, harsh child labor, or negative environmental influences.
Identity Loss: Without an "attentive mentor" to discover their talents, orphans grow up believing survival is their only goal, stifling their inner leadership.
To Our Donors on GlobalGiving: Your support for Masarat funds the mission of "Care and Guidance." You are not just teaching a child to read; you are protecting an entire generation from moral and intellectual loss. Thank you for being the support system for every child who fears their dreams will fade away.
