Mohamed..When a "Glimmer of Hope"

By Abdulrazak Madi | Project Leader

"I was walking between pain and hope with tired steps, but in the end, I found a glimmer of hope on the horizon." With these words full of confidence, Mohamed, an orphaned student, summarizes a story of resilience that began behind the harsh walls of displacement. For Mohamed, your donations became his sanctuary and his permanent source of hope amidst the harsh conditions he faced due to displacement and the loss of his parents.

Despite his painful wounds and difficult reality, Mohamed always dreamed of excellence and acquiring the skills that would ensure a better future for him. Thanks to your support and generosity, he was able to achieve this after joining "Masarat." Today, Mohamed shows exceptional dedication to his growth; he is fully committed to attending his academic lessons, the "Skills Track" sessions, and "Academic Advising" meetings. He finds in this comprehensive support the bridge that carries him from the narrowness of need to the vastness of knowledge and professional readiness.

Mohamed says with deep gratitude:

"I wanted to share my story to express my deep gratitude. If it weren't for your donations, I wouldn't have been able to achieve my dreams or stand here today. Everything I have achieved is the fruit of your generous contributions and continuous support. Thank you very much."

Our Partners at GlobalGiving Your generosity is what painted this hope in Mohamed's life. Your contributions mean the world to them; you do not just provide lessons, but you grant a "second life" and a chance for our orphans to be active and creative individuals. Thank you for being the "glimmer of hope" that changes Mohamed's reality every day.
