orphaned girl who faced the harshness of displacement and the bitterness of deprivation since childhood. Within the tent walls of Northern Syria, Fatima found herself with two difficult choices: either surrender to extreme poverty and the vast distances separating her from the nearest school, or forget her dream of education—until your donations lit her path once again.
This year, Fatima is no longer just a displaced child facing the unknown; she has returned as an ambitious student reclaiming her stolen right to knowledge through Masarat. Thanks to your support, Fatima overcame the obstacle of "location." Our virtual classrooms brought the school directly into her tent, breaking the chains of "poverty" that once denied her the simplest tools for success.
Our Partners on GlobalGiving, Your contributions were not just numbers; they were a lifeline for thousands of orphans living in camps who thought their academic journey had ended forever. Because of your generosity, Fatima is starting a new journey, armed with knowledge and confidence. Your steady support means the world to them—it is a "promise" to these children that they are not alone. Thank you for choosing to be the support for those who have lost their own.
