Why Teach Them? Education as a Bridge to Recovery

By Abdulrazak Madi | Project Leader

Why is educating these children our top priority? Orphaned children in Syria haven’t just lost their families; they’ve lost the chance for a dignified life, burdened by responsibilities far beyond their years due to forced displacement. Here, education is not just about lessons—it is the vital bridge to a brighter future and the tool that helps them overcome the trauma and challenges they’ve endured.

Beyond Schooling: Building Resilient Human Beings Our focus on orphan education stems from the belief that knowledge restores balance to their lives. It provides:

  • Psychological Stability: Through a structured and safe learning environment.

  • Future Empowerment: Enabling them to support themselves and their families with dignity.

  • The Power to Change: Transforming them from victims of circumstance into proactive changemakers.

Our Partners on GlobalGiving, Every donor has played a fundamental role in creating this positive change. Without your unwavering support and trust, providing this vital assistance would not have been possible. Thank you for being the corn
