When Alumni Journeys Become a Roadmap for Beginner

By Abdulrazak Madi | Project Leader

At Masarat, we believe that education is not completed solely by delivering curricula; it flourishes through the sharing of inspiring stories that give new students the certainty that their dreams are attainable. Accordingly, we prioritize organizing periodic discussion sessions within our Academic Advising program that connect current students with alumni who have successfully paved their paths. This approach aims to transform personal experiences into practical lessons in perseverance and self-management.

Our implementation of this interactive methodology seeks to create an integrated community of support and inspiration. When a student listens to a peer who is now studying Human Medicine despite the ravages of war, they realize that hardships are not barriers but fuel for success. Our vision extends beyond academia to include the surrounding environment, as we strive to involve supportive family models to reinforce a core message: despite harsh conditions, education remains the ultimate and only investment capable of changing destinies. Thanks to your support, these sessions continue to serve as a beacon lighting the way for our students, proving day after day that the impossible is merely a passing station on the journey of determination.
