In Syria, many children grow up surrounded by tents instead of classrooms. For them, education can feel far away, as if it belongs to another life.
Yet even in the most difficult places, a small opportunity to learn can change how a child sees the future.
At Masarat, we work to bring education closer to children and young people living in displacement, including orphan students, children with disabilities, and mothers who are trying to rebuild their lives while supporting their families. Through remote learning, guidance, activities, and emotional support, students can continue learning even when schools are damaged, distant, or out of reach.
For a child in a camp, a lesson may become a window to the world. For an orphan student, it may restore a sense of hope. For a young mother, it may become a path to strength and dignity. Each learning opportunity tells them that their circumstances do not have to define the rest of their lives.
Because of your generosity, education can reach places where children have been waiting for a chance to learn, grow, and dream again.
Thank you for helping bring learning, hope, and dignity to students in the camps.
