Through Masarat’s academic guidance program, students are given the tools to explore these questions with more confidence.

In one of the sessions of the “Discovering the Personal Map” program, students explored their academic and career interests through a professional preferences assessment. This helped them reflect on what they enjoy, what motivates them, and which fields may better match their abilities and aspirations.

This kind of self-discovery is an important step.

When students understand their interests, they can make more thoughtful choices about university majors, training opportunities, and future careers. They become more motivated because their path feels connected to who they are.
