A Map That Helps Students Choose

By Abdulrazak Madi | Project Leader

Your generous support for academic guidance continues to help young people move closer to their dreams. Thank you for making this possible.

For many students, choosing an academic or career path can feel overwhelming. They may have interests, talents, and ambitions, but they do not always know how to connect them to a clear future direction.

Through Masarat’s academic guidance program, students are given the tools to explore these questions with more confidence.

In one of the sessions of the “Discovering the Personal Map” program, students explored their academic and career interests through a professional preferences assessment. This helped them reflect on what they enjoy, what motivates them, and which fields may better match their abilities and aspirations.

This kind of self-discovery is an important step.

When students understand their interests, they can make more thoughtful choices about university majors, training opportunities, and future careers. They become more motivated because their path feels connected to who they are. They can also approach their studies with more focus, knowing that what they are learning may support a future they truly care about.

The impact goes beyond academic decisions.

Students begin to understand themselves more deeply. They learn that their interests matter, their strengths have value, and their future can be shaped with awareness rather than confusion or pressure.

Because of your support, students at Masarat are not left alone to make difficult decisions about their futures. They are guided, encouraged, and given practical tools to choose paths that fit their dreams and potential.

Thank you for helping students discover their personal maps and walk toward the future with greater confidence.
