When Students Become Part of the Impact

By Abdulrazak Madi | Project Leader

At Masarat, our relationship with students does not end when they graduate from high school. We hope that graduation becomes the beginning of a new role, one in which they can share what they have learned with others.

Recently, five Masarat graduates joined our Student Communication Team, reflecting one of the most meaningful outcomes we hope to achieve: seeing students grow from receiving educational support to becoming active contributors to the journeys of others.

These young women began their journey with Masarat as high school students. They continued into university and began taking their first steps toward professional life. Today, they return with experiences and knowledge that can help other students begin their own journeys with greater confidence.

In their new roles, they help facilitate student registration, share their experiences and insights, and support learners who are following a path they once traveled themselves.

What makes this step so meaningful is that their achievements have grown beyond personal success into opportunities to help others.

When a graduate returns to support a new student, she offers more than information. She becomes a real example of how education can open new opportunities and how knowledge becomes even more valuable when it is shared.

Thanks to your support, this circle of impact continues to grow: students learn, graduates pursue their ambitions, and some return to help guide the next generation.

Thank you for making an impact that does not end at graduation. Your generosity helps nurture a generation that can learn, give back, and share the opportunities they have received with others.
