Mission, vision, and value, with these words, the Director of Academic Counseling inaugurated the first session on "How to Write a Personal Plan," which is part of the "Defining the Launch" program series for students approaching major stages in their academic and professional lives.
During the session, the ways to formulate these three fundamental concepts, which are essential for any successful endeavor, were clarified:
- Personal Mission: Students were guided to explore their deep-seated goals and understand how their passions and core motivations could shape their professional and personal pathways.
- Vision: Students were encouraged to envision their future with high hopes and ambitions, and were guided to set goals that surpass usual expectations.
- Value: The importance of identifying core principles that will guide their behaviors and decisions in life was emphasized. By reflecting on the values they hold, students can clearly define their goals and determine the ethical paths they will follow to achieve these goals.
The session also emphasized the importance of incorporating life aspects into the personal plan to ensure achieving balance and sustained success, in addition to presenting correct methods for setting long-term goals.
Thank you very much, your ongoing support always enables us to continue building bridges of knowledge and success for our students.

At every moment, our youth carry dreams and ideas that have the potential to change the course of their lives and the communities around them. On this International Youth Day, we celebrate them by launching a new program within our student activities track: "From Idea to Implementation," which transforms their creative ideas into tangible entrepreneurial projects.
Our goal with this program is to build a solid foundation for the world of entrepreneurship for our students, giving them the opportunity to learn how to transition from merely having ideas to becoming entrepreneurs who contribute to the development of their communities. We provide them with a comprehensive educational pathway that includes:
- Entrepreneurship Fundamentals: Delving into the core concepts of entrepreneurship and revealing the qualities every successful entrepreneur must possess.
- Idea Innovation: Offering workshops to generate innovative and actionable project ideas.
- Strategic Planning: Learning how to prepare feasibility studies and conduct SWOT analyses to assess opportunities and risks.
- Effective Marketing: Developing marketing strategies, customer engagement, and how to leverage social media to enhance the project.
Each participant will conclude the program by presenting their project in a way that highlights what they have learned and the skills they have developed, thus taking their first step toward a promising future as an entrepreneur.
Thank you for being part of this journey toward innovation and excellence. Your contributions are the building blocks upon which the hopes and aspirations of these young people are built.
