INTRODUCTION:

Children In Need Organization (CINORG), is pleased to submit this report on our recent engagement with school heads for the Educate 2,500 Less privileged project. With your support, we are making significant strides in providing educational opportunities to disadvantaged students.

ENGAGEMENT WITH SCHOOL HEADS:

On the 15th September 2025, we successfully engaged with school heads to discuss this year's scholarship scheme. The meeting was productive, and we are excited to move forward with the implementation.

KEY OUTCOMES: 

1. SCHOOL SELECTION:We have identified and confirmed partnership with seven schools in the scholarship program.

2. STUDENT SELECTION: 

The school heads have been instructed to nominate students who meet the eligibility criteria for the scholarships.

3. SCHOLARSHIP AWARD DATE: 

The date for the scholarship award ceremony will be communicated to the sele

cted students and school heads in due course.

NEXT STEP:

1. Application Review: We will review Application from nominated students and select the recipients based on merit and Need.

2. SCHOLARSHIP AWARD:  The scholarship will be awarded to 5he selected students in a ceremony at the kroobay Municipal Primary School compound.

3. MONITORING AND EVALUATION: We will closely monitor the progress of the scholarship recipients and evaluate the impact of the project.

IMPACT: 

With your support, we aim to empower 2,500 less privileged students to access quality education, thereby breaking the cycle of poverty and promoting sustainable development.

GRATITUDE:

We are  grateful for your continued support and partnership in this project. Your contribution will make a significant difference in the lives of these children.

FUTURE PLANS:

We look forward to implementing the project and achieving the desired outcomes. We will provide regular updates and final report at the end of the project.
