Education for marginalized children and Poverty Alleviation program in Benin Republic is designed to reduce high rate of school dropouts, and to prevent poorer girls from any form of sexual exploitation. The project will provide over 2000 children a free and high-quality educational services that encompasses immersive Tech, Language Learning, Early Childhood Learning, STEM Education, Social-Emotional Learning, and Online Courses for the marginalized youths.
Millions of Beninese Children and Youths between the age of 7 - 24 years always hawk for survival, they do not have the opportunity to access quality and standard bilingual education and the degree of teaching and learning including curricular activities in the rural areas is below global dimension of education standard, and most of the female children are victims of sexual exploitation and prostitution due to poverty, illiteracy, joblessness, and Hunger
The project will give equitable access to the knowledge, skills, opportunities and resources people need to support themselves and their families - toward resilience, independence, and economic security. The project is design to overcome barriers to accessing education with enhanced teaching and learning that build STEM proficiency, introduce computational thinking, develop literacy proficiency, encourage climate and sustainability actions by youth, and guide youth toward career pathways in STEM
