The fourth edition of the Pedagogical Mediation of Learning Diploma has officially begun, marking a significant milestone for the educational community in Caracas. This is the result of a powerful alliance between the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello (UCAB) and the Coromoto2020 organization, both committed to the continuous professional development of educators.
This edition welcomes 78 teachers who are seeking to update their professional skills and teaching methodologies. The reach of this program is extensive, as these educators represent 31 public and parochial institutions across Caracas.
The most significant aspect of this training is its "ripple effect." By empowering these 78 teachers, the program will have an indirect impact on more than 7,000 children and young people, who will benefit from more dynamic and effective learning environments.
The inauguration event was characterized by a high level of enthusiasm and motivation. The participating teachers expressed a deep interest in:
• Professional Updating: Mastering modern pedagogical strategies to stay relevant in an evolving educational landscape.
• New Tools: Acquiring innovative teaching-learning tools that can be immediately applied in their classrooms.
• Collaborative Learning: Strengthening the network of educators within the public and parochial school sectors.
By focusing on pedagogical mediation, this diploma ensures that teachers are not just transmitters of information but facilitators of meaningful learning. The partnership between UCAB and Coromoto2020 continues to be a vital pillar in supporting the educators who shape the future of Venezuela.
