Challenge

Venezuela's education system faces a severe human capital crisis. Insufficient salaries, untrained teachers & a lack of support have resulted in a shortage of educators. The increasing poverty aggravates exclusion, low academic performance, dropout & irregular attendance. Families are compelled to maximize their workforce to compensate for declining incomes. The crisis has led to significant learning delays making it a huge challenge to retain existing students and reintegrate them.

Solution

Empower 60 teachers over 14 schools in Carayaca by awarding them with a scholarship Diploma that will help teachers improve & develop their competencies providing innovative tools to enhance teaching, learning & wellbeing. It will open doors to technological proficiency, equipping them with life skills & expanding opportunities. Aiding collaborative problem-solving & interaction with students & teachers is a crucial step towards transforming education & breaking the cycle of poverty.

Long-Term Impact

Technology, research & education will create opportunities for children to envision a brighter future. Equipping teachers with updated skills & inspiring them to be educational catalysts empowers both teachers & their students. We instill aspirations for higher education & a dedication to Venezuela's progress. Our goal is to empower our youth to be change agents enhancing their abilities through their teachers' professional development, benefiting students, schools & their community.
