"Education and opportunities for vulnerable youth"

Juan (not real name) is a young man of 19 years who has lived difficult situations since he was a child, has a slight cognitive discapity but can stand on his own. For a while he lived in the street because he was abandoned by his family, at age 9 he lived in the boarding school for abandoned children of the Corporación Superarse, he studied in some specialized centers for people with disabilities and managed to finish school. But now he does not have the resources to continue higher education or a technology, to be able to be employed and to be a person who can have an income to live independently and get ahead on his own.

Through this project we seek economic contributions to pay for the study of this young person and continue to support him to get ahead in life and break the circle of poverty in which he was born and has lived.

In the Corporación Superarse, we have the challenge of providing an initial education of quality, inclusive, equitable and that takes into account the ethnic, cultural and social diversity of the country. An education that allows all children, regardless of the context in which they live, to find enriched educational spaces based on the effective and intelligent accompaniment of adults with the time shared in everyday life. Family, community or institutional spaces in which children learn with play, art, literature, creativity and movement, as fundamental means for their development.
