Hello Friends!
Thank you for helping us provide Emergency Support to the families that most need it.
During the month of April, WRC provided 20 food emergency packages. These emergency food packages contain all the essential nutritional items that are commonly found in Cambodian households, such as rice, soy sauce, fish sauce, oil, canned fish and other non perishable foods, powdered milk, and hygiene products.
In May, we were excited to provide 75 bikes for young girls and women in need of transportation to go to school and/or work. So many women face difficulties and hardships getting to where they need or want to be, and we sincerely hope this helps increase their mobility.
Some of these women and girls had to walk to work or school for an hour (and back) every day. They are grateful and so are we!
