Dear Donor,

On behalf of our foundation, please accept our warmest greetings and heartfelt gratitude for your generous donation. Your support makes a direct and meaningful impact on the lives of the female artisans in our program, empowering them to become successful microentrepreneurs who actively drive sustainable development within their communities.

Our initiative continues to uplift women in socially vulnerable situations. Through targeted entrepreneurship training, we boost their self-esteem and help them realize their full potential, ultimately transforming their standard of living. One of the project's proudest milestones is the creation of high-quality, distinctive products designed with environmental protection in mind. We achieve this by honoring traditional raw material techniques and introducing innovative, sustainable practices, such as recycling plastic bags.

To complement our marketing strategy and maximize their commercial success, the foundation proudly features these handmade crafts at the stores of Grupo Puntacana, Foundation, Puntacana Resort and select retail shops within the Punta Cana International Airport.

We remain fully dedicated to increasing the visibility of their craftsmanship so they are recognized by broader audiences. Enhanced exposure directly expands their market reach, builds strong brand recognition for quality, and generates essential economic benefits—providing steady income and employment opportunities that fuel the financial growth of these talented women.

Over the past few months, the project has also provided extensive advisory and logistical support to ensure their successful participation in various bazaars, fairs, and community events.

We are also proud to share that our artisans’ creations were recently showcased at major high-profile events, including the Corales Puntacana Championship PGA Tour 2026 and the 2026.Commercial Exhibition of the National Hotel and Restaurant Association. Please see the attached picture to glimpse the incredible work being highlighted on these international stages.

In recent months, the project has shown average monthly sales of US$$3,334, all of which goes directly to the artisans.

2026 has started off so well

Dear donor, please receive a warm greeting. We are writing to express our deepest thanks for your donation, contributions from donors like you provide the financial and moral support needed to accomplish our mission of improving the life conditions of a team of women who live in some deprived communities of the Punta Cana region.

The project remains as a catalyst of sustainable development:

Socioeconomic: promotion of female employment, generation of direct incomes, community cohesion and skills acquisition.
Environmental: Local recyclable materials (plastic bags) that are used to make the handicrafts

As a foundation, we continue supporting artisans by making it possible to sell their handicrafts at the stores of the Fundación Grupo Puntacana, Puntacana Resort and some stores at the Punta Cana Airport, as part of the marketing strategies.

In the last months the project has provided the advisory and logistical support for their participation in various events in order to gain exposure and boost sales. They participated by setting up an exhibition stand in:

Corporate events that took place in Puntacana Resort: Inauguration of the Fundacion Grupo Puntacana’s Marine Innovation Center, Padre e Hijos Business Meeting.

On the other hand, local press continues to report on the impact of the project

The group of artisans starts the year experiencing a good sales level, which has been the result of the aforementioned actions. As usual, the incomes are distributed among them and a part is allocated for administrative expenses of the association of artisans.

In the upcoming months we hope to expand the training workshops, diversify the product offering and increase the number of artisans

A challenging year is coming to an end

As a foundation, we continue supporting artisans by making it possible to sell their handicrafts at the stores of the Fundación Grupo Puntacana, Puntacana Resort and Club and some stores at the Punta Cana International Airport, as part of the marketing strategies.

The project remain focused on the following objectives::

Socioeconomic: Acquisition of skills that promote dignified entrepreneurship and the empowerment of the female artisans..
Environmental: Protection of the marine ecosystem (by reducing pollution from plastic bags, which are used to make the handicrafts)

In the last months the project has provided the advisory and logistical support for their participation in bazaars, fairs and various events. In the last months they participated by setting up an exhibition stand in:

Corporate events that took place in the Punta Cana destination
The Christmas Bazaar at Puntacana Village
