The project made significant strides in addressing the socio-economic challenges faced by Dalit women and fostering their empowerment, contributing to a more equitable and inclusive society in India.
The women participants from Dalit community gained improved access to education through our literacy programs, resulting in increased literacy rates and better prospects for further education.
We setup a tailoring centre and around 40+ Dalit women from nearby villages acquired skills and resources to generate income, leading to economic independence and improved living standards for themselves and their families.
By focusing on education, skill development, and advocacy, the project laid the groundwork for sustainable empowerment initiatives that can continue to benefit Dalit women in the long term.
