Dear Donors,
Thanks to your generosity, our project continues to make meaningful progress in the fight against child marriage in rural Uganda.
During this reporting period, awareness campaigns reached families, youth groups, and community leaders with messages promoting girls' education and child protection. Participants engaged in discussions about the risks associated with early marriage and the importance of supporting girls' aspirations.
Our mentorship activities provided encouragement and practical guidance to girls facing social and economic challenges. Many participants reported feeling more empowered to stay in school and pursue their goals despite obstacles.
Community leaders have become strong allies in advocating for children's rights. Their efforts are helping strengthen local systems that prevent child marriage and support vulnerable families.
Schools remain central partners in this work. Teachers continue to identify students who may be at risk and connect them with available support services. This collaborative approach has contributed to improved school attendance and engagement among participating girls.
The project is also fostering dialogue between parents and children, helping families make informed decisions that prioritize education and well-being.
While poverty remains a significant challenge, communities are increasingly embracing solutions that support girls' development and independence.
Your investment in this project is creating lasting change. Every girl who remains in school represents a step toward a future free from child marriage and filled with opportunity.
Thank you for helping us transform lives.
