End Early Child Marriage in rural Uganda

Thank you for your continued partnership in supporting our End Early Child Marriage in Rural Uganda project. Your generosity is helping build resilience among young girls and strengthen their ability to overcome challenges.

During this reporting period, project activities focused on mentorship, education support, and community engagement. Girls participated in life-skills sessions that helped them develop confidence, leadership, and decision-making abilities.

Many participants shared stories of overcoming difficulties related to poverty, social pressure, and limited access to resources. Through mentorship and encouragement, they gained renewed motivation to continue their education.

Parents and community members took part in awareness sessions that highlighted the importance of supporting girls and preventing early marriage. These discussions encouraged stronger commitment to education within families.

Teachers reported positive changes among participating students, including improved attendance and increased classroom engagement. These outcomes demonstrate the importance of consistent support systems.

Community leaders also strengthened their efforts to promote child protection and advocate for girls' rights. Their involvement is helping create safer environments where girls can thrive.
